I have been a professional photographer for six years.  My
family would tell you it has been all of their lives!  It’s true.  I took
my camera almost everywhere I went.  My children would moan
and groan when I would whip out the camera.  I’d respond, “Some
day you will appreciate this!”

I have been taking photos since my husband and I started
dating in 1973!  I have a total of 14 photo albums!  I told my family
that if we ever had a fire my albums would be the first thing I’d
save.  (Ha Ha)  They weren’t impressed!  Now that I have totally
converted to digital, the photo albums have stopped.  That is one
big disadvantage of digital!

I have an artistic family.  My husband is a stone mason and
has created beautiful fireplaces and home front veneers!  My son
has a degree in Graphic Design.  His specialty is Cartoon Artistry.
My daughter is a Cheerleading Choreographer!  She also does
photography with me.

I was encouraged by my family and friends to do photography
full time.  However, one of my co-workers gave me the opportunity
to photograph sites in NH for our NH Lottery Calendar.  This how I
started on a larger scale.

I started out learning to frame and mat my photos for selling.
When the opportunity occurred, I started with wedding
photography and expanded to bridal & baby showers, family
portraits, children, babies, expectant parents and Mothers-to-be,
and animals.  I wanted to experience it all.

I entered one crafts fair in Webster and quickly realized that it
wasn’t for me… too much preparation and time consuming.

I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 32 years,
and we have two children.  Adam is now 27 and our daughter,
Amanda, is now 24 and expecting her first baby, and our first
grandchild!  We have a cat named Kiki and a year-old Bulldog
named Molson.  Life can’t get any better than this!
